Booking & Payment

To reserve your event date with Vintage Taps Mobile Bar, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your date and allows us to begin preparations. The remaining balance is due prior to your event date. Payment plans are available upon request.

All pricing is customizable based on your needs, and final quotes will reflect your selected services, number of guests, and add-ons.

Service Areas

We proudly serve events in Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse, New York, and surrounding areas. For events outside this region, additional travel fees may apply.

Beverage & Bar Options

Clients may select up to 5 draft options for their event.

• Beer
• Wine
• Cider
• Seltzer
• Mixed Drinks
• Champagne

Bar Service Options:
• Open Bar
• Cash Bar
• Hybrid (a combination of both)

Package Pricing

Base Open Bar Package – Starting at $20 per guest
Includes:
• 3 Tap Options
• 1 Bartender
• 4 Hours of Service

Add-Ons:
• 4th Tap: $23 per guest
• 5th Tap: $25 per guest
• Hydration Station (Water & Lemonade): $2 per guest
• Mixer Add-On (Juices, Tonic Water, etc.): $3 per guest
• Soda Package: $2.50 per guest
• Champagne Toast: $4 per guest
• Extra Hour of Service: $150/hour
